Raldo's suggestion is probably the way to go. :p Though if Sanguine Scepters are a bit too pricy for your tastes, you could find a decently geared and generous Goldsmith to craft it for you by handing over a Pinprick Pebble, Darksteel Nugget, 2 Wind Crystals and 1 Fire crystal.
I brought like 3 at once on Ultros as they weren't even 5k for an HQ one.
