Future Option For Paid Race Change?

The title pretty much says it all. Will we ever see an option for a paid race change in the MogStation or whatever? Has SE said anything about this, or will we just have to wait and see? What about name change?
I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask this question, so if not, please let me know where to ask similar questions in the future. :cool:

Race Change? I can foresee the Phials of Fantasia being included in higher tier vet rewards or during special events when new races are introduced

I wouldn't take what I say on it as fact. Afterall there's no definite way to know what SE is planning.
Although at this time we've had 2 opportunities for Phials. One for 1.0 characters due to a glitch in the system at launch, and one from the 30 day Vet rewards. It doesn't make sense to me that they'd make an item for one time and never reintroduce it again in the lifespan of the game (if it was an event armor or weapon or vanity item like the swimsuits, I'd understand, but a CONSUMABLE?)

Or implement a global name system so you know who's who even if they're on an alt. Not RealID like WoW but a handle the player creates.

That's not borderline stalkerish or anything.
