Long Loading time.
Hi i have been playing this game for 1 week now and i have been experiencing super long loading time.typically it took 10-20sec for me to load from one town to another.especially between costa del sol and wineport it took me 30-40sec to load!!
im always the first to teleport between the 2 town but always last to reach the fate.I've been asking around party members/LS/FC for thier loading time experience and they say they load instantly( for those who have SDD) and 1-5sec (for those who have HDD).And so they said something is wrong with my HDD(i build my rig 1month ago so everything should be new).so I then went ahead and purchase a SDD after setting it up i installed os and the game cilent to test it out.i tried to play the game but to my dismay im still getting 30-40sec loading time!!

What processor do you have and how much RAM? If you're running it from an SSD now (assuming the SSD isn't of terrible quality!) then the bottlenecks are likely RAM or processor related.

processor is g3220 haswell 3.0 ghz dual core with 1x4gb CL11 ram

On another note.I think i might found the culprit to my long loading time problem.I've been using a 24' TV monitor for my desktop display and the resolution it might not be compatible for the game,so now i hooked up to a standard desktop monitor and i will post my result here after the maintenance is done.

update:game loading time is reduce to 10-15sec.i believe it is still slower than most player out there.
-
An intel based PC with 16GB of fast 1833 RAM running FF14 from fast intel SSD SATA3 took 4-5 sec to load from one zone to another...
Another MMO whence i came from load much more large game zones in 1-2 sec on the same hardware. I think it because of unoptimized PC client code.
I NEVER seen INSTANT load of zone (even small as story instance) in FF14.
