Quest NPC "Eluned" Broken

The story quest NPC "Eluned" at the Church of Saint Adama Landama in Eastern Thanalan is bugged. I cannot turn in my story quest there. A number of others have the same problem - and on different quests with that same NPC as well.

In my case, I have completed the quest "The Warden Works in Mysterious Ways" and she has the green checkmark over her, but I cannot speak with her to complete. When I click, my UI hotbars flash briefly, but nothing happens.

Be nice to get this fixed.

Still broken. I'm being kept from making progress in my main quest because of that bug.
