Leg sweep and feint

Is there a reason to use feint in our rotations? If not, why? And should I be using leg sweep whenever it's off cooldown?

I've been following A Rotation Reborn guide and do pretty decent but wondering if those two skills will help in anyway.

Leg sweep should be used on any fight that does not require stun/interrupts (you would affect diminishing returns, and could make the target immune)

Leg Sweep is off of the gobal cool down. It is used between normal abilities without slowing down your rotation or affecting combo strings. It is completely free extra dps, and this should be mixed in on cooldown.

Feint is not off the global cooldown and results in a dps loss... The Debuff it provides will slow the targets attack speed. It can be useful to reduce damage taken. Most bosses that do enough damage for this to be useful are actually imune, so it will not be used much in the endgame.

What about mercy stroke, should I get that skill?

Mercy Stroke is also off of the global cooldown and can be used between abilities. It will yield a dps increase so you should have it available.

One downside is that it has a long cool down and can only be used below 20%, sooo there will be some boss fights that you can only use it once. If a fight has adds its likely you can use it on adds then again later on the boss. There have been some fights that I have chosen to go with an additional defensive cool down in It's place... This will have to be determined on a fight to fight basis, but it is a dps increase.

Of the cross class abilities DRGs have access to Mercy Stroke is def worth picking up. ATM I am using mercy stroke, fracture, and foresight from MRD and feather foot and internal release from PLG.
