confusion?

Hi i've just recently bought the ps3 version, since for some reason my pc version wont work anymore and i've not had much luck. However i've just logged into the ps3 version and i go to select my character, for some reason i'm not allowed to play him on the ps3 version? why is that?

I think you can switch him over with a code from the Lode Stone, but honestly I'm surprised you were even able to pay for your subscription.

Why are you surprised? I don't understand. I was under the impression that all characters were processed over to the ps3 version since they're both linked?

I'm not sure I know that my brother and I got our characters from the Beta by using the Lodestone. The reason I'm surprised is because Mog Station is Jacked right now the majority of the players can't pay their subscriptions because 601 and 401 error codes keep showing up and technical support keeps telling us for the most part there is nothing they can do, the Mog Station doesn't work.

I think you have to link the PS3 version to your SE account just like you originally did with the PC game. Mog Station should have all the details

i would, i've bought the game on the ps3, downloaded it, logged in and it's all good and stuff, the one character i want i can't play him

On the mogstation i've tried to use the instructions but i don't understand where i'm meant to be pulling this registration code from? The email address on my ps3 is ancient, and i can't get into its email address so if it's been sent there then i'm screwed. I can't change my email address sign-in for some reason i try and it tells me the action cannot be completed?? lol i'm running out of options

Well my brother and I got our free play cut short 5 days and I'm not sure what to think but it doesn't look good is all i can say.

Majority of people? You talking about people on this forum or people that actually play the game? Cause I have seen no shortage of people playing when I'm in game

You have seen no shortage, there is more than one world and I assure you before the free play went out there were a lot more players, check the SE forums, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and even the DCUO Forms you'll see there is a boat load of people who can't pay their subs who are complaining and rather you see a shortage or not does not change the fact that the payment system is broken, its not working and the few people who were able to get in had to do too much complicated stuff just so they could pay to play the game and they're not even trying to fix it, the majority of the people who wanted to play this game but can't have either reluctantly gone back to DCUO, went and got GTA 5 or AC Black Flag.

And of course they aren't actually playing the game now they can't get in.

I still think you are are exaggerating and doubt that the "majority of people are having trouble cause there 1.5 million registered users and to be the majority least 60% or 900,000 people would have to not be able to pay subscription. Even 60% of that would be over 500k people. As for me no I do not know how broken it as it has worked fine for me nor have heard any complaints about it from the FC I'm which is the largest and most active FC on Balmung server with 417 members. Not saying that there no problem just don't believe that is the majority of people.
