Does anyone Plan to Fix the Mog Station?

OK I'm not sure if this goes in this section but this is a question that many of the players who are currently locked out would like to know I mean I see there's a Dev tracker here so do the Devs know the Mog Station is jacked, because it doesn't look like they're even worried about it, it doesn't look like they plan to fix it they just seem to sent us to technical support who give us all these complicated ways around which don't even work for most of us and I feel like it would be a lot simpler if they'd just fix it and not try to come up with all these complicated ways around the problem they have which for the most part isn't working.

So do you guys plan to fix it or not?

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
