Pointing at a problem

Hi,

I would like to point at a problem, that to me, seems a little annoying. But before all, i wanna say i'm not a troll or anything like that, i just want to bring up a problem with the hope that it may change in the future :P

I'm playing on Istory, and, in 6 days the server crashed two times now. The first time i lost 6-9k exp when i came back in game (that is like 2 leves). Some friends lost their crafts and other items.

I would like to see some changes in there, i mean, when you look at the news, you see tons of server/technical difficulties. =>

My question is, is that normal? I'm not a pro about it, so i won't say do this or that. I just wish those things didn't happen as much.

Its a pain that has been happening lately and no idea why they are crashing so much they're usually fine well have been for a longtime. I am gutted just made a HQ scepter for my friend and i know when i log on it will be missing QQ

Sad that some people lose time they spended for leveling or lose HQ items. But i'm sure SE will fix it soon.

Someone hinted in a similar topic that the cause was the market wards crashing causing server recoveries galore.

I lost 3 leve's in 2 hours once. (^o^)
I'm pretty sure at least 1 or 2 DC's were on my end, though.
I hope and pray it never happens when doing a Faction NM leve.
