Launcher loading problems with BT (ISP)
It's rare that I can actually find a time where my launcher will load fully and allow me to log into the game. Sometimes the launcher loads but the Username/Password fields don't show up at all, other times nothing loads and I get errors.
This isn't a problem with the launcher itself as the only people with this problem seem to be with BT (ISP). This really is a problem considering BT are the biggest ISP in the UK.
There's absolutely zero internet issues on my end. I have a solid 70mb/s DL and 20mb/s UL which is consistent around the clock. When my launcher has trouble loading, so do all your websites. Websites unrelated to your game load as usual.
Now people are saying that you seem to be blocking IP's from BT for some crazy unknown reason.
We really need some clarification/word of a fix on this issue as it's extremely inconvenient. There have been times where myself and FC members have been unable to log in to attend scheduled Coil runs. It gets kinda annoying when you're getting constant errors. Why should I renew my subscription when I can't even log in?!
