Party Play in Dungeons

As a matter of fact, some things are really bothering me, when doing dungeons. Several things are really grinding my gears:

1. Made Up Parties and Leavers: If I do a made up party and someone leaves, why cant we get a replacement via the duty finder? FIX IT please

2. Blacklisting, Telling, Company Issues, etc...: Why cant we have these in dungeons? FIX IT please

3. Kick Player Button: Why cant we have this? FIX IT please

4. Doing Dungeons with less than the 4 people? Why cant we have the option to do so? FIX IT please
