I love it. And yah, don't need 100 people to kill dodore. Please feel free to join our forums, though. They've been around since 2004, and this is like our 4th or 5th MMO we've played together. Always a fun forum to troll in, but we're pretty good trolls, so watch out. :D

I've had a few people ask me ingame about this thread so I want to give a little info here about how people can join CKD.

The topic is not a sarcastic joke. We currently are not accepting any applications right now. We do not need more members for the current content provided in FFXIV. We actually just removed some dead weight a few weeks a go.

Unlike most other linkshells we do not invite people just for the sake of having a large linkshell playerbase. We only invite people we like and get a long with. If people want to submit an application, fine, but if we dont know who you are, you probably wont get in.
The great thing about CKD is that we're only looking for new friends, we arnt looking for bodies to throw at NMs. This is a linkshell that prides itself on being small and doing big fights with less people.

So if you dont let in people who you dont know... how did yu get started :3

I didnt say we dont let people in. We already have a few people in our LS who we met in FFXIV.

We started on FFXI Ifrit server. Many of us met in 2003, and then in May of 2004 Yarr formed Cobra Kai Dojo and invited his friends. At that point in time there were like 20 people at max rank, and we were all friends, and that's who Yarr invited.

Our forums became huge over the years. When we decided to play FFXIV, we invited other Ifrit linkshells who frequent our forums, such as Monarchy, to join our ranks this new game.
