Yeah pretty much. If you have the PS3 version you'll be upgraded to the PS4 one.
but is happening in feb 2014?? that still stand or just rumors?
not rumors it is happening. :)
It was announced during a playstation conference (pre tokyo game show I believe) to confirm the dates of release of the console.
The console is "only" released in February in Japan but at the same time FFXIV beta will be available.
