Duty Finder Punishment Timer

So I get the punishment for leaving a duty early, fine and dandy. Its when you spend 2 hours in the DF because no one wants to run Garuda for 2nd relic with me since its been a Titan shout fest on this server today. Every group I have come encountered with today 1 person disconnects and we are stuck waiting hoping they come back. We waited 20 minutes for them to come back the last one I did and nothing, so because we are a member down, I don't think I should have a punishment timer. Waiting 20 mins for someone to come back is punishment enough IMO.

I like that the duty finder doesn't immediately kick people who've disconnected, but it probably should have a fairly short timer before kicking. Maybe on the order of two minutes. It could be less, but it at should at least be longer than the typical time it takes to be able to get back in through the 3102 errors after a 90k.

Try to make people leave before you so they take the penalty lol
Just say "well, I think he is not coming back. thank you for the party guys" then go make yourself a sandwich
When you come back, at least 1 person would have left and you can register for new DF straight away

If a person dc's, they get kicked if they don't reconnect within 10 minutes I think? Shorten it down to around 5 and slap the penalty on them and that would be the best solution imo.
