In game support tickets not working?

Hi,

seems since around October all tickets I have spent time filling out in game have been instantly deleted and not appearing in my history.

Unable to report hackers, botting or similar type of players using the "cheating" section of the in game support. As said above all tickets filled out in game regarding cheaters/hackers/bugs are instantly deleted after pressing "send".

Just wrote another one to report a teleporting hacking botanist that I have observed from them being level 29 to them now being level 50. This ticket I had to use the ask a question rather than the cheating form which did not get deleted when pressing send but instead was immediately closed.

Hope this gets fixed / re-enabled soon as I'm unable to report any hackers/ botters in game.
