I know I can't stop it, but it really is annoying. I don't complain much ( because I am a laid back kind of guy) but this has really getting me annoyed big time!

It's just boredom. Waiting for these FATEs to spawn is dumb...so everyone gets to look at ice!
Suggestion: Start up a Soul Train Line Dance while your waiting!
Turn down battle effects? I only see my own animations so it's easier to navigate battles in general.
