field craft teleporting?

iv been watching this guy "sharon cox, galgamash sever" mining hes lvl 38 minr and seems to teleport from one mining spot to the next. was thinking it was lag but he mines normally no skiped hits. was wondering if its a bug bot skill or lag?
i also noticed sometimes when im at a mine he ports to, he locks onto me for a moment then ports to the next mine nod with out hitting the one im on.

That sounds like a hacker botting the place up.
