There is a Bug in Main Story Arc "Drowning Out the Voices" lvl 46. the last Prime Location at 17x 9Y up on the platform will not work, if you try to use the key item on it an error comes up saying "invalid target". I have tried everything, logging in and out, changing classes, completing other quests. I have been trying for 5hrs, and encountered over 20 people with the same issue in this time span, as far as I know none have succeeded.
I'm having the same problem! And many others as well :(
I hit this on my alt character, and have not been able to find a workaround yet.

Same issue here.
My wife's character is having the same issue on exactly the same target. You climb to top then jump down to platform and the target on that platform gives an error while her character keeps getting interrupted, as if she was being attacked or hit by a mob, yet there is no mob or anything else present to attack her or for her to attack.
As with the OP and replies above, many other players were having the same issue. Two days now and nobody has replied to her bug report or anything! Will probably take a two to four hour emergency maintenance to fix it.
