Post Patch 1.17b Unable to vertically resize "Chat Log"
After the installation on Patch 1.17b I am unable to resize the chat log in the verticle direction manually. The chat log ALSO resizes automatically in the vertical direction every time text is added to the log, causing it to eventually encompass most of the screen. I have reloaded the UI several times and this problem has persisted over several days.
Was there an adjustment to the Chat Log in patch 1.17b?
I know they have been talking about it.
I havent noticed anyone else reporting this problem...
Any suggestions?

Wasn't paying attention to that, sorry.
Steps:
In the middle of adjusting my User Interface the chat logs became fixed in both size and location (the other widgets were unaffected). Resetting the widgets via Configuration in the main menu moved the logs back to their original positions and size but did not restore mutability. I relaunched the game, then restarted my computer when that didn't work, still nothing. Contacted chat support, directed from there to the call center tech support, and thence to a GM. None of them were able to resolve the problem and advised me to uninstall the game completely and reinstall it. I have not yet done so, since that's gonna take a while. Instead I plan to finish today's tasks on the default setting and then do the re-install tonight before bed. Because I am lazy if I do not follow up this post by tomorrow (05/27) evening PST, then it should be taken to mean that the reinstall worked and the issue was resolved.
