OMG!!! is this a known glitch/bug?!?!

hey... im in fallground, north shroud. there are 3 selling marks on the map, 2 are in the house and one outside (or seems outside).. i see a vendor post, with a npc named: somerhild, where that 3rd mark is; i did the only quest she had.
I look everywhere for this 3rd vendor!!!
what am i missing? or is this a glitch??

btw was hoping she sell some basic gath meals

I also couldn't find the missing vendor in Fallgourd. I assumed it was the woman behind the counter (I think) - maybe she 'activates' later on?

any info on this??
2 of the members of LS check it (they are at endgame, im not)... same for them, mark of vendor is there, an npc is there, nothing to sell..
