I was just questing like regular trying to get through the main story quest so I can get my mount, and when I got to this quest I wasn't able to turn it in. I wasn't the only person having the same issue. I'd skip this quest and forget about it, but it's my for my main story and this is my first character so I'd really like to get my mount.
