Another market board exploit found?

Character Name: Names of the Characters exploiting the issue are in the screenshot below.
Race: Not applicable - I was not the exploiter.
World: I saw this occuring on Cerberus
Class/Level: The 'Characters(exploit tools)' I saw doing this were Human Archers around lv35
Area and Coordinates: Old Gridania - Market Boards
Party or Solo: Not applicable - I was not the exploiter.
NPC Name: None
Monster Name: None
In-Game Time: No idea tbh.

Details:
Just standing around the Market Board, I spotted a character with a random jibberish name looking at it.

I sent a /tell asking them to respond and got no response,
Instead I watched it vanish, and then the exact same character reappeared - except under a different name.

I then continued to watch this occur and reported 3 of the names i saw it under, thinking it was a series of bots.

After seeing the same character under the 7th different name, i checked the market board for weapons sold for that particular class (I had a gut feeling, i guess you'd say) and noticed that the Oak Longbow (which i have noticed is almost always NOT available) had had a HQ form sold for 25,000 gil multiple times over the past few hours.
