Question concerning full world (November,12th,2013)

So i have a friend who bought the game and everything and is rolling out their new character and currently Hyperion is full as of November,12th,2013. However in the little widget under the support desk they say they update at 3am 6am 12pm 5pm and 10pm. But Hyperion and Excaliber have an X on their ability to join. Does Hyperion still get updated at those times so my friend has a chance to join. I'm aware theres dozens of bots on the server who can be kicked, just trying to see if its even possible to get my friend in the server ._.

I would keep checking. Of course probably your friend is not the only one who wants to get there.
Save the character look in the editor and be ready to create it as soon as the server opens :)

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
