Non-disconnecting disconnects

Time: Random; Latest was at 7:03 EST. Started Nov. 4th
Frequency: Always 3-6 times per night(3-4 hour period)

Steps:
1. Battling, crafting, gathering, running, etc.
2. All the sudden I can't execute any actions, or interact with the world in any way or change zones.
3. I can still use chat log to communicate and see other players moving about and doing things but to them I appear standing still.
4. I am forced to logout(unless crafting, in which case I can't log and have to completely exit).
5. I log back in and the problem is resolved immediately until again emerging 20 mins to 2 hours later.
