Get better gear, or learn your rotations. It's strong for a reason, if you can't beat it, you'll never beat turn 2.

Sir....that's the easiest thing in all of Coil. It isn't even considered a boss.
I'd suggest going back to Titan HM and practicing 6/7 man runs. -

Wow, what? The snake at the end is going to eat your face then if you can't take down ADS in Turn 1. The ADS at the beginning of Turn 1 has a constantly predictable rotation. Opens with High Voltage (silence it), Repelling Cannons (dodge it), and Piercing Laser (dodge it). Rinse, repeat. You'll need at least two people to rotate silences, since he uses High Voltage slightly more often than every 30seconds.
Have your off tank keep the adds away from the big guy, and kill them down before ADS gets hungry and eats them (i.e. kill them fast enough, or he will waltz over there and absorb them and regain HP), all while silencing High Voltage whenever it rolls around. -

The Entrance boss is no joke. A lot of ppl stuck at it too. Other raid parties in my fc had similar problem too. Ask any high lv in toberry and they will tell you how hard is it today.
