Silly question about Relic +1

I personally don't like the idea of tagging +1 at the end of an item, or +2 or +3

HQ symbol is nice, but the + stuff sounds a little bit tacky?
To me anyway

So I was wondering, why would it be called +1, and not or completely different, much like AF and AF2. Or just to have a a slight addition to the name to make it seem cooler?

I like it. Simple, to the point, sounds cool.

Relic +1 --------> 1st Upgrade. Item LV.90.
Relic +2 --------> 2nd/Last Upgrade. Item LV.100. (assuming we get another upgrade)

Simple as that. No need to add HQ symbol or such.

I think it should be like

Bravura
Bravura "In your face!"

well.. they have +2 back in FFXI

maybe we'll get the same thing here in ARR

i dont like it either

imagine +5 and it will glow like hell, blinding my eyes so hard

+2 is enough

I just want some white borders.

you guys complain about the dumbest of things. A replacement name to make it "seem cooler" isn't gonna affect anything in game. They could call it a "poop-covered stick+0" for all I care.
