Support number

So I've been unable to log into my character all weekend and I haven't had an email response yet from my ticket, so I was thinking maybe I'd call them.

Well I don't know if I'm just an idiot or not, but I can't find a phone number anywhere on their site. This just screams "poor customer service" to me. Anyways could someone here direct me to a phone number? I've really just about had it with this company :(

The only customer service number they have is not toll free. You'll be on hold for a few hours paying long distance charges. I do not recommend it.
