Marketboard/Retainer idea: Wishlist and Commissions

This is an idea that has been poking my mind for a while now. We all had a moment where something we wanted just wasn't for sale, or it was but for a price we couldn't afford, or maybe it was just sold for a quantity we didn't want, and forced us to camp the market board over and over, waiting for it, or shout, or go farm the item by ourselves.

So, dear SE, just to make this game even more awesome, what do you think about adding a couple features? Here's what I mean:

Wish List: This would be on the market board. It would allow you to "bookmark" an item of choice, or more than one, specifying quality, quantity, price range (min-max) we'd like it at. When the item with our requirements happens to go for sale, the game sends us an in-game notice, much like we do when one of our items sells, so that we know it's time to run to the market board and claim it.

Commission: This could be performed on retainer. Allowing the player to leave a sum of money on the retainer to offer as a reward for the specific item to be gathered/crafted. Again this would give the option to add specific requirements such as price/quantity etc. After putting the request on queue, the item request will be able to be viewed by all crafters/gatherers/farmers in-game (through the hunting/crafting/gathering log? I don't know). The first to collect/craft the item and submit it to the commission gets the money reward on the requesting player's retainer.

EDIT: Now that I'm thinking about it, I could see it as a really cool idea if filling out a commission also gave a little exp bonus, much like when completing a levequest or hunting log entry (if the commission requires monster parts such as 20 animal skins, for example).

I know these are just rough ideas and that they could be poorly exploited and/or need some tweaks, but this is just the basic concept. Discuss your thoughts!
