best food for monk?

what food would be best for monks?

Black Truffle Risotto if you don't need accuracy from food. Apkallu Omelette if you do.

A fair point. Buttons in a Blanket is likely the better option.

I personally use HQ buttons in a blanket

what about sauteed coeurl as monk? +5%asdp (27), 5% vit (19), 3% accu (11)

No point to use Sauteed coeurl over Eft steak. You do not have the stats for it.

if you have more then 480 skillspeed the coeurl food should be better (if hq eft spends 24 speed, not sure atm)

HQ eft steak gives 26 SS. I can barely use the full effect of it (522 SS). You need 540 SS to use the full effect of Sauteed Couerl. Even then, if you skill speed if that 1 SS doesn't give you the 10/11 point thresh hold to take it down by .01 seconds, its still not efficient due to mat costs. Eft Steak is literally a Sauteed Couerl -1 point in every stat, bar vit which it falls behind 3 points.
