Belkin N52te Issue

Hi, im writing to see if anyone out there is experiencing this issue i have with the Belkin N52te

when i assign a key for either UP,DOWN,LEFT,RIGHT (directional keys), on the device, the become somewhat unresponsive lets say i assign UP to the key [01] , in this page if i press and hold [01] if will act like a normal UP key, but in FFXIV if i hold [01] it will only go up once, and most of the times is unresponsive so i have to press it twice or maybe 3 times for it to go up once, this applies for all directional keys mapped on the N52te but if i use the ones on the keyboard they act normal

anyone else having this issue? SE can you fix it, i need to assign my targeting buttons on my belkin >.<

*********EDIT: iit only happens with the scroll wheel i have to scroll it a lot up for it to get the UP key pressed and only happnes in ffxiv

EDIT2: Solved the problem, for thoes who want to set keys on the scrollwheel and for the to work properly on FFXIV, make a macro with a timer off 100ms+ between press and release, i guess is a bug but this solution takes care of it, now i can use my scrollwheel on the N52te to target switch wohoo!!
