Unable to connect to DF fixed, but now getting bad lag in instances only

I was one of the people who was unable to use the duty finder on Friday/Saturday after the emergency maintenance. SE fixed this yesterday and I am able to connect to the instance servers, however I am getting very bad lag spikes while in the instance server. This only occurs when I am in the dungeon not when I am connected to my normal server. This leads me to believe the two issues are related.

Anyone else having this problem?
