Magic damage

Was just wondering if anyone know how much of a damage incrase, if any the "Magic Damage" on the caster weapons give? I know as amelee the weapon damage is essential, but i cant really seem to figure out how much of a differnce the caster damage do.

It's roughly the same in terms of importance. The numbers are a bit different, but a Black Mage going from a Relic to a Relic+1 is gonna get about the same damage increase as a Dragoon going from their Relic to a Relic+1.

1 Magic damage is something like 7-8 in a stat. It is the most important stat.
