Monk +1 90x7 lf nice and organized progress FC (deutsch/eng)

Hello Folks, i am currently playing on Shiva EU. We had some serious progress in Turn 5 but we are having a hard time since a few weeks of members been missing due to different reasons and i dont get to raid as much as i would like to.

I am playing a Monk and i'd say i am very good with my class. I have no problems with movement, i am always concentrated, willing to wipe often, doing high DPS (depending on encounter ofc, 250-310).

I really want to find a group that has progress and is motivated like me, enjoying the game, nice and have no problems to move out of things and stuff ofc. My timings are almost every day from 6pm server time until next early morning.

I am 30 years old, at least in a few minutes, single dad, playing MMO's since 98 - started with Ultima Online. Had my focus on pvp mostly but loving PvE now in FF as long as i am with a good group. I am german so i prefer a german guild but still i dont mind international. My english just sux when it comes to talking by voice but i dont have that much of a problem in understanding.
