Coil Item "Unable to receive"

My team and I were in Coil last weekend (11-3-2013). We beat Turn 1 and the Healer earrings dropped. I rolled Need, and waited for the results. I got a message saying that I was "unable to receive" the earrings. I submitted a bug report via the in-game service window, and we proceeded to clear T2-4.

After not hearing anything about the bug report or getting the item, I submitted a GM request. I was told to post here since the GM's could not get my item for me. I have a screen shot of the event.
