Been getting this for the last 12 hours, can confirm at least 6 other people affected and completely unable to get into the Japanese servers from NA. Generally this issue only persists after an emergency maintenance and when many people are trying to get on at the same time. I have tried everything.
It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
