Bard looking for a steady raid group and FC for current and future content

I'm looking for a steady and capable raid group - BRD relic +1/3 i90 (about 1.5 months myth gear), thorough understanding of the class and ability to perform.

More detail:
I have a strong raiding history in LOTRO and SWTOR including world/US firsts and many server firsts, I continually push myself further and strive for perfection. I look to understand all raid mechanics even outside of my role, and to execute my role to the maximum potential. I'm looking for very dedicated progression raiding - ideally in a short time frame (people showing up on time, every time, and performing on point, thus quicker kills).

I hold myself to a very high standard and am confident that no one would be disappointed with my performance. I've often pushed the dps limits of my class and held high ranked parses on numerous raid bosses (SWTOR - ran the NiM 16m leaderboard summer '13)
I'm willing to commit to a solid raid schedule and am pretty flexible. I do not play for loot but rather for the challenge of clearing difficult content (example, I have both pieces of loot from T2 already but I'm more than willing to keep running it anyway to help gear out other raid members - an attitude I historically have taken for months in raid content, until it's done being farmed).
For whatever odd and unknown reason I have still not found a raid team in this game despite looking since pre-release.
