[EU] [Phoenix] <ShR> ShinRa Server First FC is Recruting!

WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING!

All experienced and skilled players are encouraged to apply to be a part of one of our several raiding teams. We are currently raiding The Binding Coil of Bahamut on a weekly basis, and preparing for the Crystal Tower.
We usually raid three times a week (Mondays, Wednesday, and Sundays), starting at 20:00 GMT+1, however further raid days may be added as new content is released, as we look to compete for server first kills.

ShinRa is a stable, PvE focused Free Company on the Phoenix EU server, that strives to be at the forefront of endgame progression. We have been around since the servers first opened, and have built up a community of players who are passionate about clearing the content that Final Fantasy has to offer. Our Expectations:
We expect all of our members to be knowledgeable about their jobs, and focused on getting the best out of themselves, and the people they play with. We constantly seek ways to improve, giving and taking constructive criticism objectively with the aim of becoming better players. Our members should be consistently up to date with changes made to the game – in particular their jobs and the current PvE content. We want players who are able to adapt quickly to whatever situations they may encounter, and overcome them alongside us. Members are also expected to be reliable, and put the Free Company first, prioritizing us over their own personal glory or linkshells. Ideal candidate has coil experience, and has gear on par with the raid team you would be joining. Least a couple allagan pieces, myth/crafted, and relic.

Recruitment Status:
We are primarily in need of SMN,BRD, and Melee DPS, however all exceptional applications will be considered regardless of their job.

If you play on a PS3 please do not apply. We feel that the limitations consoles bring make PS3 players unsuitable for our raiding teams.
