missing subscription reward

I purchased 90 days subscription and it shows i received Veteran Reward Rank 3 (90 days) but I never received rank 3 reward in mail.
I received beady eye minion with rank 2 reward along with black chocobo but never received Voidal Resonator mount. I contacted customer service and was informed to contact GM. Please verify and send the reward. Thank you very much!
