Help a poor FC out, but an ADS Plating today!

Long story short: I'm part of a tight knit FC with a group of friends and I, and we'd like a house in 2.1. Which is why I'm selling the ADS Plating I got from coil:

Most likely it will be a component for furniture in 2.1. It can't be sold on the marketboard but it CAN be sold person to person. As far as pricing goes, I'd like a little more than the value of a titan's heart, a similar item, for it since titan can be farmed whereas coil is once per week!
