Desync with the server.
I have been experiencing server desync to the point where this game has become unplayable for me. My character essentially cannot initiate anything(from spells to quests, to entering new zones) within the server but I remain logged in indefinitely and can see the world (chat and other players included) functioning normally around me. This happens every 20-30min so it's to the point where the game is simply more frustrating than enjoyable.
I have tried a few things(Ping/tracert my server, monitor network traffic) to try and begin to see where the problem lies but everything is showing up as functioning normally. I've restarted my router, checked to make sure all the necessary ports are open, run the game without a firewall/anti-virus, pretty much everything short of calling my ISP because everything with my connection seems to be working normally. I guess I am just looking for some help on what else I can do in order to solve this problem.

EDIT: Just a quick addition, this desyc has always continued until I manually log out and log back in with the exception of 1 time in which I died fighting mobs(due to desync) , and respawned - which initiated a loading screen for me. Any other time I attempt to travel to a different zone, I am prevented from doing so due to not being able to cast anything or the "too far away" error.

Does your ISP have a lease time of 30mins after which your IP can be changed?
Also your PC/PS3 is using DHCP instead of static IP and the router has a lease time of 30mins?
I don't know if that would be the issue, but maybe some packets are not being routed correctly after an IP change.

Ah just found this thread. Wasn't sure what I was looking for on here but I made my own thread describing the problem. This started last week for me and it's getting on my nerves.

My router lease time is 10 hours. I'm not certain about my ISP lease time, but I kind of want to try and somewhat narrow the problem down and make sure it's on my end before I start trying to troubleshoot with them. This is the only game I've experienced any connection problems with thus far after about a year with this ISP.

It's strange that for some people happens at a specific interval, but this interval is 30mins for you and 1h for another player.
To another player this happens randomly.
Maybe you should open a bug report where to post together this issue.

Specify connection type, router and any other thing you think may be useful.

It happens seemingly at random to me, however most of the time it's after 20-30min of play. Yesterday I went a full 2 hours without it occurring, today its been just as bad as ever. I really wish i could find some sort of pattern to it that could possibly give some insight to the cause but so far I'm at a loss.

I've now had this with 3 internet providers at 3 different locations with 3 different types of connection(WiFi, ethernet, USB through 4G cell phone). Beginning to think it's a problem with my computer or client. Will be posting a bug report later today.
