Duty Finder Server Error: Ultros
Hello. I cannot complete two quests, "Just Desserts" and "Tactical Planning", because of an error occurring after the last maintenance. When the client attempts to transport my character to the instanced battle, the following error occurs: "A system error occurred during event movement. Unable to connect to duty finder server. Please try again later". I cannot complete the main story or class quests because of this error.
In addition, while trying to report this in-game I discovered that your Support Desk feature in the client is not sufficient. There are only four tab options under the "Contact Us" portion, a deficiency which should be remedied. Please add a fifth button which reads only "GM Call". I understand that you would prefer we search through the active help desk items in an effort to relieve ticket load, but your game is too prone to errors for this approach. I am a paying customer, (I also bought and played 1.0), not some F2P gamer who should be forced to pore over your documentation before being given an opportunity to report game-breaking issues. If I am mistaken and there is an easy-access means of contacting GMs concerning errors such as these then please excuse me and make this channel more apparent than it currently is.
I am sorry if this post comes off as too-critical, but I'm afraid that I've become bitter about this situation. I'm one of the people you burned by releasing 1.0 too early and I'm becoming worried that ARR suffers from the same issue.
