Update to Duty Finder

First off, I'm not sure where to put this thread, so any suggestions would be nice.

I don't know if this has happened to any of you, but last night I was waiting for a DF party for AK and whenever the "Commence/Withdraw" screen came up, someone kept backing out of DF. This went on for a solid 20 minutes, until I finally got into a party.

SE should implement something to avoid this like the 15 minute refresh if you leave a dungeon. If you Withdraw 5 consecutive times you get put on a 15 minute cooldown to enter DF.

It was incredibly frustrating. I hope I'm not the only one to experience this.
