I'd rather have a super subtle skill, like a prod from the butt of the bravura, that deals 999999 damage to bosses only.

Need blood splatters, add an earth rending effect (mini mountain burster) to Butcher Block, and glowing eyes when fully infuriated!
PLD should have their "Shiny" skills and shiny armor. Warriors skills should basically be animations of the axe sweeping in huge arcs with big crunches and squelches when it hits the target, and we have that. We also have armor that looks like we actually use it, dark colored and worn looking. Both our skills and armor reflect that we are an in the trenches, taking punishment tank, while the shiny armored PLD is a damage mitigation tank. (Yes I know that both jobs take damage, I am talking about an aesthetic perspective.)
