TITAN HM hit box (circle) issues.

Hi folks. We were doing titan yesterday and our tank (PLD) had an issue where Titan kept on moving forward encroaching on him to the point where our tank was in the middle of his hit box (or circle - sorry I don't know the correct term in this game) and he had to move back continously. Usually he can be kept stationary with tank at the edge of the boss's hit box/circle. Never actually fell off but the boss kept on moving around during bombs in p3.

After a wipe, we swapped and I tanked (WAR) and this happened to me twice, but was not as much a problem (positioning- we still wiped :mad:). Later that night I went in on DF and did not have the issue at all for tanking. I was hoping to get some opinions/suggestions from the more experienced crowd here:

1) Known or reportable bug?
2) Just a buggy instance? (leaning towards this)
3) Some ability that Pally does that prompts Titan to sit on tank's face (my pally is only lvl 45 so I don't know it well yet).

I was having a somewhat similar issue leveling my PLD the other day. I was tanking the malboro NM fate just west of Revenant's Toll when she kept trying to back away from me for no discernible reason. . .

You'll most likely find it was either a Sch or Smn Pet, for some reason if your Sch or Smn place their pet within a certain range (Possibly in or on the line) of the 'hit box' then the boss will adjust, moving so the pet is no longer in/on the box. This has happened to me in both Titan where the boss even moved to the left of me at one stage and also the final boss of AK where they tend to attempt to stuff their pet between the boss and the statue so the boss will adjust as well.

I've noticed a strange bug where I can't seem to attack Titan's Heart as the tank. I don't know if it's a hitbox issue or something else, has anyone else run into this?

I wonder how the hitbox of the heart is shaped. Melee report missing sometimes until they figure out the sweet spot which is not entirely intuitive or maybe because it wiggles when he turns around to gaol someone? Not sure.

Aye this is usually my issue 99% of the time, same thing happens on occasion when you get multiple enemies grouped together.

I always thought it was because of the heart's elevation. Since it is above everyone's heads there is a dead zone too close to titan, or maybe too far way. Not really sure I just run around swinging until I find the perfect spot.
