New Limkshell for People who want to progress through game

- Elitist Free (Will try to keep it this way)
- Encouraged to help others progress through the game
- Place to hang out or find like minded players for what your trying to work towards

Generally it's going to be a linkshell for those who have issues finding groups or hate having to use the Duty Finder for everything.
