[MATH] FC is looking for a raid lead

We will need an experienced player that able to lead our team 3 through coil.
All of the member in team 3 has minimum of full dark light gear. Their schedule for raiding is mainly weekends saturday and sunday starts 6:00 pm est

Quality we are looking for:
1. must have experience on turn 1-4 or better
2. must have a mic
3. good clean explaination with solid positive criticism.
4. leading experience

What you will get:
1. Officer spot in guild
2. Raid lead moderator
3. We will provide you with resource to construct your team. (Recruit options, raid schedule change- only if suitable for 90% of the member)
