3. Confirmed with other sources that the only way to obtain this drop is via Leve bosses

I felt this should be raise as an in-game bug rather than a DB error due to the fact that 0 other non-leve based mobs drop this item. As such it is near impossible to gather the materials for certain individuals whom use leves for other vital needs, and unnecessarily inflates the value due to it's scarcity of dropping from only 1 or 2 mobs.
