Steps:
1. Hover mouse over the Innovation ability icon to bring up the tooltip "Increases control by 50% for the next three steps."
2. Begin crafting as 50 GSM or a class using Innovation as a cross class ability.
3. Activate Innovation ability and recieve Innovation buff.
4. Hover mouse over the Innovation buff icon to bring up the tooltip "Control is increased by 30%."
