Hey i wasnt sure where to post this or if there is a similar thread, but it is extremely annoying how ACN (SMN and SCH pet do the same) pets keep attacking stuff whiile i am mounted, as a result the pet gets left behind and disappears, so i have to keep summoning it all the time.. please just make it passive or something while we are mounted..
I have noticed that if you tell it to follow you (sorry I forgot what it was called, could be Steady?) it usually doesn't attack any enemies and just follows you. Try testing it out and see which command works for you.
I'm pretty sure the bar greys out when you're mounted so you have to remember to tell it to Follow before you mount-up.
Honestly I just really want a small animation where it hops up on to my lap and rides with me . . . well, I mean, the carbuncles at least, because it'd be adorable and I always feel bad watching them having to run behind on those little legs.
