Twintania - Permanent stun if Dreadknight dies

If the Dreadknight kills it's target and dies shortly after, before Twintania picks a new target, the new target is later stunned and remains stunned for the entirety of the encounter.
This happens every single time the Dreadknight dies after killing it's target, but before Twintania chooses a new target.

There is a similar bug in the accepted bugs forum, but it seems to happen under different circumstances.

Can confirm. This has happened to us multiple times.

Our BLM dies to the dreadknight, and the dreadknight is killed shortly before a new target is selected. Our WHM is permanently stunned after this. Even when a new dreadknight spawns, the WHM isn't even the first target.
