Can't log into game.

FF14 crashed. Character stuck in another world. Tried to log back in. Says I typed in an invalid username/password (I did not). Now getting this wonderful message I got back in beta:

"Because password entry has failed multiple times, you will not be able to log in for several minutes."

Back in beta it took me 2 hours to get back in. Coil group is waiting for me atm. Is it really so hard to just log someone out when they try to log back in?

So what do I do now? Wait out the couple hours because there's literally no GM support for this game?
